Browse templates
Open Templates, search, use Official Community and Personal tabs, deploy from cards, and manage Personal templates.
Open Templates in your organisation dashboard to explore what you can deploy or edit.
Open the page
- Sign in to dFlow.
- Choose your Organisation if prompted.
- Open Templates from the sidebar or menu.
The page explains that you can explore shared templates, work on your own, and publish when you are ready.
Switch between Official, Community, and Personal
Use the three tabs at the top:
- Official: Templates curated by dFlow.
- Community: Templates shared to the wider catalogue (by you or others).
- Personal: Templates that belong only to your organisation.
Refreshing the page keeps the tab you had selected.
Search
Type in the search box to narrow the current tab by template name or description. Clear the search to see the full list again.
Official and Community cards
Each card shows an icon, the template name, a short description, and Deploy.
Deploy opens Deploy from template with that template already chosen so you can pick an Application and Environment next.
Personal templates (two groups)
Unpublished: Drafts you can Edit, Delete, or Publish.
Published: Templates you already shared to Community. Each card shows Unpublish and an Update button; Update opens the same publish sheet (title Update Template) to change listing text, Template Overview, images, or category.
Actions on a Personal card
- ⋯ menu → Edit: Opens the template designer for that template.
- ⋯ menu → Delete: Only when the template is not on the Community catalogue. You confirm in a dialog.
- Publish: Opens the publish form (unpublished templates).
- Unpublish: Removes the listing from Community for others; your template stays in Personal.
- Update: When published, opens the same form again to change title, description, long description, images, or category.
Personal cards do not include Deploy. To deploy your own template, open Deploy from template, open the Personal tab there, and select it.
Start a brand-new template
Click Create template in the header. You get an empty canvas (sometimes your browser restores an in-progress layout after a refresh).
Preview Official or Community templates in the designer
If you open the designer from a catalogue template, you can look around the graph, but you cannot Save changes to that official or community copy. To edit, rebuild the same idea as a Personal template.
Expected outcome
You know which tab to use, how Deploy works from cards, and how Personal actions differ.
