Deploy a Docker image

Add a Docker Service from a public or private image and deploy it on dFlow Cloud.

A Docker Service runs a container image you already have. Use this when CI builds elsewhere, you run vendor images, or Git-backed App builds are not a fit.

Prerequisites

  • An Application with a Worker Node attached (see Getting Started).
  • Image name (and tag). For private images, a registry under Integrations.

1. Create a Docker Service

  1. Open your Application and target Environment.
  2. Choose Create Service / Add new and pick Docker.
  3. Set a name (lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens).

2. Set image and ports

  1. Enter the image reference (for example ghcr.io/org/app:tag).
  2. For private images, select a linked registry account.
  3. Set the ports your process listens on.
  4. Add variables and volumes if needed.

3. Deploy

  1. Save, then Deploy / Redeploy.
  2. Check Deployment and runtime logs.

Expected outcome: The container starts on your Worker Node and the Service shows a successful Deployment.
