Application / environment actions
Server actions for Applications, Environments, and dashboard overview reads.
Customer workspaces use Applications and Environments. Names below match
actionName metadata and getActionAccess in
packages/core/src/lib/permissions/config.ts.
Legacy projects.* server actions and dashboard project pages have been
removed. A Payload projects collection may still exist for leftover CMS
data cleanup; it is not a supported product surface.
